Terms of Use

Last updated: May 28, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Bank Rolls iOS application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Intellectual property

The App, including all code, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The "Bank Rolls" name and logo are our trademarks. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use them without our prior written consent.

No warranty

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the App shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the App, or (b) ten US dollars (US$10.00).

Changes to the App and Terms

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or us. You may terminate them at any time by deleting the App from your devices. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the developer resides, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
